This pivotal role is essential for leading our dedicated nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining our standards of excellence. The Nursing Coordinator will foster a supportive environment for both patients and staff while overseeing the nursing operations.

In this role, you will supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities to ensure compliance with established protocols. Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures will be a key function, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive staff training and evaluations to promote the professional growth of our nursing personnel and manage patient care records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards.

Collaboration is vital in this position, as you will work closely with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients. Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, you will address any concerns or needs that arise, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license, hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration, and have proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal
